Ingredients:
Atlantic algae extract agar agar (gellidium sesquipedale)
Preparation:
(sweet, juices, smoothies, ice cream, jams, marmalades, pies, puddings and creams) and salted (fillings, purees and soups).
to make gelatin:
Boil about 8 minutes a tablespoon of agar agar per 500 ml of liquid. cool and take to the refrigerator.
to stay with the consistency of pudding: boil 1 tablespoon of agar agar to 1 liter of liquid.
