Spelled is one of the oldest wheat varieties, sourced from Southwest Asia. At first glance the spelled grain is similar to a common wheat grain, but its taste is very mild. Spelled is nutritionally very rich, its protein, fat, fiber and mineral content is usually higher.
How to use: soak for 8 hours. To cook for 1h30m in the pressure cooker, with triple of the water. Store in a cool dry place.
