Very rich nutritionally, brown rice is a very complete and medicinal food, being very versatile its use. It can be cooked along with vegetables and seaweed, placing three servings of water to one of rice, so as to make a very tasty rice cream.
  To get loose, two servings of water to a rice, cooking on a low heat for about 30 minutes. It can be added to the baking, a clove of garlic with crushed bark, a thread of olive oil and aromatic herbs.
  Excellent to accompany any dish.
