Thriving Amidst Modern Health Challenges
On the 22nd April we will be welcoming at Mercearia Bio Café Lagos Christian Yordanov, for a two-hour workshop on the theme "Thriving Amidst Modern Health Challenges".
In this 2-hour presentation, health author and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practioner Christian Yordanov will share insights and practical advice on how to navigate the challenges of the modern world. Topics covered will include nutrition, supplementation, detoxification, gut health, light hygiene, and EMF mitigation.
The workshop will start at 7.30pm and will last approximately 2 hours. Price per person is €35, including one drink and snack per participant. The workshop will be in English.
