bean hamburguer - zero waste
Here's the hamburger recipe (with the tin used for the chocolate mousse)
ZERO WASTE recipes are my favorite!
Remember
the chocolate mousse where we only used the bean water? Well, today we
will use the beans which we have then stored in the fridge.
Bean, courgette, carrot, mushroom and walnut burgers! 🥕🥜🥒
To prepare five beautiful balls of these we need:
1 can of beans (lightly crushed)
1 grated carrot
1/2 grated courgette
1/2 diced onion
6 sliced mushrooms
Walnut 125 gr
Sauté with olive oil the onion, mushrooms, carrots and courgette.
I have seasoned with salt and pepper. Added a little turmeric and incorporated the semi crushed beans (with the fork).
Add the chopped walnuts and form the hamburgers.
If necessary add some flour (I used sweet potato).
Let them sauté for a while in the pan till they get that golden brown colour, 3 min on each side.
As a side dish I prepared a chestnuts purée.
Mega mega good!
