For me, to start off a great meekend means having a good meal!"
Today I had my "prémiere" with vegetarian beans hamburger! And I am already a fan.
In the kitchen cooking I always improvise. It is my chef's finger print):
I mashed the beans with 1 egg and oat flakes (+ crumbled bread). Seasoned it with salt, sweet pepper and pepper in powder.
In a separate pan I sautéed in olive oil 1 onion, 1 carrot and half a zucchini.then added 1 can of mushrooms (always better to use fresh ones) and let it cook for a while in slow heat"
Finally, I mixed the vegetables with the beans and moulded them in burger shapes. "
In the same pan used for the vegetables, I grilled the burgers for roughly 4 minutes (until they were golden).
I used the vegetables leftover and I added the cuttle fish ink spaghetti.
For sure a recipe to repeat
The egg can be replaced by "flax egg"
For flaxseed egg you just need to mix 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed with 2 tablespoons of water
Wait 5-10min until it gets a gelatinous consistency and use it to replace the egg.
