Method of Preparation: Classic preparation (for 4 servings): Mix 200g of porridge with 600 ml of milk or water and boil slowly in a pan, stirring. Sommer 2 - 4 minutes until the porridge reaches the desired consistency. Enjoy hot!

Quick preparation (for 1 serving): Add 4 tablespoons of porridge (about 50 g) of porridge to a bowl and pour 125 ml of boiling water or boiling milk into the bowl. Let it swell for 2 minutes. Then stir well and enjoy the heat.
Microwave preparation (for 1 serving): Add 4 tablespoons (50 g) of porridge to a microwave-proof bowl and pour 150 ml of cold water or milk over it. Mix well and cook on the highest step for 2 minutes. Allow to swell for 2 minutes, stir well and enjoy hot.
