The vineyards, at an unparalleled altitude (700 – 750mts), bring together the characteristic grape varieties of this region and comprise three plots with their own characteristics: Alvandeira vineyards with Argilolimoso land; Souto vineyards are of transition of Granite and Schist; and in the vineyards of Lameiras they are granite and quartz.
The organic production, its terroir steeped in history, as well as the surroundings of the Douro, Côa and Águeda rivers, give a unique profile to the wines from this property
Vinification Fresh grapes at their ideal maturation point, picked by hand in 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they were subjected to a careful manual selection, destemming and gentle crushing.
Fermentation by variety, in stainless steel and ages in French oak barrels, for 12 months
