ingredients: atlantic seaweed dehydrated himanthalia.
preparation:
raw: cut, soak about 30 minutes. and use in salads or serve seasoned with chopped garlic, olive oil and parsley.
cooked: cook 20-30 min. in stews, stir-fry, brown rice or fillings.
Fried: scald first, breading, frying in hot oil and sprinkle with lemon juice.
100g = monitoring for 20 meals.
