-wash coffee beans in hot water.
-put 2 tablespoons in a cup (15g)
-put 200ml of boiling water and leave overnight
-from morning, filter and drink

in the case of cooking: green coffee beans must be roasted prior to use in automatic coffee machines or in mills. otherwise the machine can breack down. they can not be roasted in domestic oven.
