For this superior quality Bancha (Yanagicha), the most grown leaves are harvested right after the spring harvest. These more developed leaves contain little caffeine and a high concentration of iron, zinc and other minerals. It is a tea recommended during pregnancy and can be drunk by the whole family throughout the day.
