Only 10 kcal per 100g. Pre-cooked and ready in 1 minute! Konjac, extracted from a vegetable root, is a very popular food in Asian countries called Shirataki.

125g per meal and accompany with 1 to 2 glasses of water.
Preparation:
1. Drain the liquid
2. Rinse well with running water
3. Keep for 1 minute in hot water and drain
4. Add to your favorite recipes, for example by adding pasta sauce, sautéed in wok, soups or salads. Tip: Use kitchen towels to absorb excess water. Mix with sauce to absorb the flavor. Conservation Conditions:
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Once opened store in a refrigerator and preferably consume within 3 days.
