preparation:
raw: soak for 20 min. and add to salads.
crumbed:
toasting previously (without soaking) in the oven for 2 min. to add to salads, soups, rice, couscous, vegetables, etc.
steam or boiled 15 min. with potatoes, rice or vegetables.
braised with onions: in omelettes, croquettes to add the pasta, eggs, vegetables, peas, beans ...
in the oven: accompanied fillings, and gratins, cannelloni, lasagne ...
