preparation:
cooked: cooking the seaweed for 20 min. the pressure cooker or for 1 hour in a pan of boiling water along with lentils, or beans.
to add to soups, vegetables, stews, omelettes or pies, before roasting (without soaking) in the furnace for about 3 min.
ingredients:
seaweed kombu (laminaria) dehydrated. keep the container tightly closed. if you see white spots on algae, they are their own salts that act as a natural preservative.
