raw fig balls

Ingredients: (for 15 balls)

200 gr. dried figs

75gr. toasted almonds

1 tablespoon carob flour

2 tablespoons rice jelly

1 teaspoon coconut oil

grated coconut to sprinkle the balls

Preparation:

Add all the ingredients in a food processor. Grind everything to a paste.

With your hands form small balls and finally roll the balls in grated coconut..
