Oatmeal porridge with lemon, almond and cinnamon
Serving for 2
ingredients
7 tablespoons thin oat flakes
1 tablespoon almond butter
zest of 1 medium lemon
1 tablespoon rice jelly or honey (optional)
1 cup vegetable milk
1 glass of water (or vegetable milk again)
Topping Suggestions
banana slices
cocoa nuggets
1 piece of chocolate minimum 70% of cocoa
sunflower seeds
cinnamon q.s.
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a pan (except the toppings) and cook
on low heat, stirring frequently, until it becomes creamy. Pour into a
bowl, place the chocolate piece on top of the porridge allow it to melt
and finally the remaining toppings.
