Yue Guang Bai white tea is produced in the Chinese province of Yunan. It comes from the historic Qing Mao tea plants, which are commonly used to manufacture Pu Er teas. In spring, the closed shoots, as well as some leaves, are harvested and then placed to dry carefully in the open air.
