Rich in protein and fiber, low in saturated fat.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Given its characteristics it is used to enrich nutritionally and to favor the thickness of its diverse recipes. Add to other flours in the production of bread, biscuits and desserts in the proportion of 10-20%. Use also to thicken and enrich soups and sauces. KEEP IN COOL AND DRY LOCATION.
