HDL amphora is a »heart» wine, made according to the ancient method of winemaking, grapes manually and gently crushed at the feet of the »cante alentejano», after fermenting calmly (indigenous yeast) in typical clay amphoras in contact with » mother».
On St. Martin's day, the amphora is opened and the wine transferred to oak barrels used at a party for the whole team.
