this wine was produced with selected grapes of quinta do montalto. under an excellent solar exposure the vineyards grew in calcareous clay soil, according to organic farming rules under ecocert-portugal control. this wine is perfect along with red meets, stews or cheeses. it should be served at about 16º to 18ºc. from the 2006 vintage.
