this wine was produced with selected grapes from quinta do montalto. under an excellent solar exposure, thh vines grow in clayey-chalky soil, according to the organic farming rules under ecocert-portugal control.
to enjoy the fruity aromas of the very fresh and well-balanced wine, serve with light non-spicy main courses at about 10º to 12ºc.
