this wine was produced with selected grapes of quinta do montalto, from the touriga nacional, tinta roriz, baga e alicante, bouchet grape varieties. under an escellent solar exposure the vineyards grew in calyey-chalky soil, according to organic farming rules under ecocert-portugal control. tjos wome os perfect along with red meets, stews or cheeses. it should be served at about 16º to 18ºc.
