this wine was produced with selected grapes of fernão pires and arinto varieties from quinta do montalto. under an excellent solarexposure, the vineyards grow in clayey-chalky soil, according to the organic farming rules, under ecocert-portugal control. to enjoy this aromatic and well-balanced wine, serve it with seafood or fish main courses at about 10º to 12ºc.
