Cold galia melon soup

Ingredients:
1 large galia melon
1 cucumber
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ garlic
100gr of natural soy yoghurt
qs chives
qs black pepper
qs salt flower
qs water
Topping:
qs egg in small pieces
qs peppers in small cubes
qs cucumber in small cubes
qs shallots chopped
qs chives
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients for the soup in a food processor or blender and grind until you get an homogeneous mixture. Taste and rectify seasonigs if necessary.
Curiosity:
The melon is rich in potassium, it helps to regulate the acidity of the organism and the blood pressure. It is considered an hydrating fruit because it calms thirst and it is diuretic. Cucumber is composed of 90% water, it is an excellent moisturizer and diuretic. It has the function of detoxifying the body and it is an excellent ally to fight heartburn. Applied on the skin it helps relieving sunburn. Unpeeled cucumber contains most of the vitamins we need to ingest daily (A, B and C).
