I am extremely happy to be a customer of Mercearia Bio for several reasons :

First of all it is very convenient to order online with them. I really recommend their cabaz with fresh fruit and veggies but also appreciate their vast selection of other things on their site.

Some of their products are difficult to find otherwise in Portugal like full fat long shelf milk and different types of flours.

Secondly I am very happy with the freshness and high quality of fruit and vegetable. By now I can really taste the difference in taste compared to the non bio equivalent.

I would say we eat healthier and more seasonal since we get our cabaz every week.

Last but not least I want to thank Nuno for his great service week after week – it is always a pleasure seeing him.

Hi Pedro! I loved the organic fresh produce box... I only tasted the pears, which look bruised but with a flavour like I haven’t eaten in a long time, a pear like that!

We tasted a tomato in the salad I made. Tottaly approved. I love eating salted tomatoes ... you can taste it. It’s not like the tomatoes we buy at the supermarket. It reminds me of the tomatoes from my mom’s little vegetable garden ... I really want to try all the other foods.

We can find organic produce in big supermarkets but in most cases they are in show poor freshness.
