Ventresca tuna
We have a new Jupiter canned fish variety, from Conserveira do Sul. It is called tuna "ventresca" in organic olive oil.
This is a part taken from the belly of the tuna, being a more noble and tasty piece, different from the simple tuna or loin of the fish.
It is a fatter part, which has an even softer and more delicate texture. The fat gives it a more intense, fine and delicate flavor, different from the other pieces of this fish.
It is a real delicatessen that is worth trying!
