new menu - toasts, bruschetas and wraps

In the new Café menu, we seek to expand the options within the concept we have and that is to serve simple food throughout the day.
Assuming we don't have a kitchen, we are a coffee shop and grocery store, and we may present some "cooked" options such as quiches, samosas, veggie burguers, among other options in our menu of the day, served by lunch time, you will always have the chance of having a light meal throughout the day, made of a toasted sandwich, with several filling possibilities, such as smoked tofu, sardines, mackerel, cheese and vegetarian ham, a wrap that can be mackerel or vegetarian, or a bruschetta, served in gluten-free bread, which can be olive oil and oregano with tomato,feta cheese or sardines.
Toasts, wraps and bruschetas are accompanied by a fresh salad and crisps.
The ingredients are always sourced from our fresh produce display and shelfs and therefore are of certified organic origin, except in the case of canned fish, which are of sustainable fishing and in organic olive oil.
So when we say that we have our concept is an "all day dinning" it means that from the moment we open till closing time it is possible to have a meal at Mercearia Bio Café.
