Tempeh is a fermented food, made from white soybeans. It is used as a meat substitute, as it is rich in protein!

As I had never tried it, I decided to follow the recipe from @madebychoices but with some changes. (I.e.

I marinated the tempeh overnight, in the juice of 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 cloves of very finely chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard in grains and 1 teaspoon of sweet peppers.

In a frying pan, grill the tempeh on one side and the other.

In a second frying pan, sauté an onion and add the tempeh. Add 1 packet of vegetable cream, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard in grain, 1 teaspoon of paprika.

Mix everything very well.

Serve with basmati rice!
