Bowl with tofu
Boil an egg (optional) and basmati rice.
In a frying pan, sauté 4 mushrooms, spinach and tofu (previously marinated in lemon, orange juice, garlic, paprika and soy sauce).
In a bowl, place all the ingredients and sprinkle with the previously roasted nuts (I used cashew and sunflower seeds).
