A warm carob and orange bread homemade!

Today we woke up with a wonderful (and typical Algarve) odour in the kitchen!

For this bread you will need:
250 ml water
125 ml orange juice + grated zest of 6 oranges
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
475 gr whole flour
70 gr of carob flour
nuts, almonds, hazelnuts and sunflower seeds to your taste
1 sachet of yeast

Mix all the ingredients and let them rise for 1h40.
Bake in the oven at 180ºC for 1hour. {I cheated and placed everything in the bread machine}
It is ideal to match with cottage cheese / fresh cheese or nut butters.
