Workshop - healthy breakfast and snacks
Joana's, from the Entre Tachos e Sabores blog, second workshop we
dedicate to the theme breakfasts and snacks, the recipes we have
prepared were without refined sugar with some vegetarian and gluten free
options.
The format of this workshop was slightly different, as we wanted to give
the participants the possibility to have a hands on workshop, thus
allowing us to share pots and pans, spoons, seasonings and experiences.
Another morning in a very good mood and atmosphere that ended up with a
brunch prepared by everyone that sat done to ate it and chat around the
table.
The recipes we have prepared:
1.Chia mousse witrh banana and strawberry;
2.Cocoa and coconut granola prepared in the pan;
3.Proteíc cocoa and peanut little balls
4.Dates and apricots muesli little squares;
5.Energetic green juice;
6.Spelt and coconut pancakes;
7. Cocoa creamy sauce;
8.Oat porridge with lemon and cinammon;
9.Spelt toast with avocado and cherry tomato spread;
10. Granola, vegetable yoghurt and fruit parfait.
