Caramelized almonds
Ingredients:
100gr roasted almonds
1 tablespoon of coconut sugar
1 tablespoon rice jelly
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
preparation:
Place everything in a pyrex and mix, take it to the oven pre heated to 170 ° C in the grill function, for about 15 minutes or until it starts caramelizing and bubbling.
When you remove the almonds from the oven, place them on parchment paper and let them cool completely. Then it's only a matter of separate or break them down.
