this wine was produced with selected grapes of quinta do montalto, from tinta roriz, under an excellent solar exposure the vineyards, grew in clavey-chalky soil, according to organic farming rules under ecocert-portugal.
aged for 9 months in american and french oak barrels. this wine is perfect along with game dishes, stews or cheeses. it should be served at about 16º to 18ºc.
