Fonseca Guimaraens has more than a decade of experience in organic viticulture in the Douro Valley and was one of the first Port wine houses to develop and apply organic farming methods to its vineyards.
Fonseca terra prima is a reserved and full-bodied Port wine created with grapes from organic farming in the Cima Corgo region.
The spirit used in the fortification is also produced from organic grapes.
