To liven up the exhibition of the TASA Project we have at the Café inLagos, we are going to have two workshops with vegetable fibers from the Algarve that will put participants in active and creative contact with materials and techniques from the region. The great news that this workshop is available for the first time to the public, where people learn how to make "empreita" donkey heads, which can be used as “finger puppets”.

In the other workshop, sugarcane will be worked on to create useful memory boxes. The workshops take place on the 10th and 21st of December and are geared towards families as well as anyone curious and interested in know-how related to the cultural heritage of the Algarve. Registration is open. 

TASA workshops at the Organic Grocery Café Lagos

December 10th - Saturday from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm – Donkey heads (finger puppets). 

Bookings until December 5th.

December 21st – Wednesday from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm – Boxes of cane. 

Reservations until December 16th. 

Price: €30.00 per person (VAT included). Materials included. The participant takes the piece handicrafted with him.

Number persons: minimum 5, maximum 8.
