Taste: Apple cider with a balanced flavor and a slight touch oftannins with sweetness in the aftertaste, made from a setof apple varieties produced in the West zone.
Artisanal manufacturing process: Careful selection of apples,from our own production, which were crushed andpressed, subjected to maceration, with the fermentation of the juiceapple at low temperatures. The cider has not been filtered,in order to preserve its natural flavors, having suffered thenatural cold decantation process for 6 months.
Bottling: carried out with slight carbonation.
