Our proposal is to deliver at home, or in a place indicated by you, your organic preferred food products.
For that, our online shopping will be available with a wide range of products, regularly revised and enlarged.
We are also available to try and find, within the organic market, the products of your preference that are not listed in our range of products.
ordersThe orders can be placed through the online shop, available on our website, by phone or e-mail.
The Organic Grocery will confirm the reception of the orders through the same channel used to place them.
Orders should be placed till 1pm on Mondays, to be delivered on the same week.

deliveries
Deliveries are made directly by the Organic Grocery in the Algarve and Alentejo and through a transportation service for the other regions of the country.
In the Algarve distribution is done from Wednesday to Friday, with 4 different routes of delivery that result from the groupage of the different Concelhos do the Algarve. Each route has a different day and delivery time.
In the Alentejo there is only one route available, with deliveries on a pre arranged meeting point.
For the rest of the Continent territory, Alentejo and Islands, deliveries are done through a transportation company.

The list with the products available for delivery can be found in the online shop.
The fresh fruit and vegetables are updated every Friday, at the end of the day.
If you do not have access to our website you can call us and request a product list.

packaging and Transportation
The products will be packed and transported in food suitable paper bags.
The weighed fresh fruits and vegetables, will be placed in paper and plastic bags, separated by product, while the others will be presented in their original packaging.
The goods transportation will be in an ATP (Perishable Transport Agreement) certified refrigerated Van.

payment
The payment will be done upon the reception of the order, in cash or with personal national checks.
We want our services to be as personalized as possible, therefore, we do not take online payments.
The deliveries that are made directly by the Organic Grocery (Algarve e Beja) do not have any delivery tax.
