1 – Enter the online shop.
2 – Select the products you wish to purchase, indicating the quantity and adding them into your shopping basket.
3 – After adding the first article to your basket, on the left side of the screen, in the van button, your basket content will appear.
4 – In the basket content screen you can remove articles or click to checkout and finish your order.
5 – If you have already done the login the Organic Grocery will ask you to confirm your order if you have not and you are already a registered Customer we will request you to do so at this stage. If you are not yet a Customer we will request that you register, filling up the registration form, procedure after which you will be requested to terminate the order checkout.
6 – The Organic Grocery will send an e-mail confirming the reception of the order and the delivery date.

Orders can be placed through the online shop, by phone or e-mail
If you do not have Access to our website and you wish to receive a product list please call us and request one.
The Organic Grocery will confirm the good reception of the orders through the same channel used to place the order.
Orders should be placed till Monday at 1pm, to be delivered on this same week (except for the Islands).

payment
The payment is made upon the reception of the order in cash or national bank cheque.
The deliveries in the Algarve and Alentejo (Beja, at the meeting point) are free of charge and not subject to the payment of a delivery tax.
For the rest of the country there is a delivery tax. Please refer to the deliveries area in our website to know the taxes applied according to the area of the Country you live in..
There is no minimum order for the home delivery of organic food products.
